Care of Property. Care of People.

EMERALDIS delivers consistent gardens & grounds caretaking alongside trusted on‑site resident letting services — supporting well‑managed, well‑presented properties.

About EMERALDIS

EMERALDIS is a new caretaker and resident letting business backed by extensive real‑world experience in residential property, landscaping, and strata governance.

Our background includes committee leadership within a townhouse complex, hands‑on landscaping work, a tertiary qualification in biology, and nearly 20 years managing residential properties and working with real estate.

This combined experience allows EMERALDIS to deliver practical, reliable gardens and grounds caretaking, alongside professional on‑site resident letting services — with a clear understanding of what property owners, managers, and residents expect.

Experience Built on Real‑World Property Care

Experience Built on Real‑World Property Care

EMERALDIS is built on nearly two decades of practical experience in residential property, strata environments, and grounds care.

Since 2006, both Pavel and Elena have been actively involved with strata properties while managing a small portfolio of residential rental properties. This long‑term involvement has provided first‑hand understanding of the environment, compliance, tenant expectations, and the operational realities of strata‑managed communities.

Both have earlier professional experience in the landscaping industry and garden centres, contributing strong knowledge of gardens and grounds maintenance, seasonal planning, and long‑term asset presentation. This combined background allows EMERALDIS to deliver caretaking and resident letting services with a practical, informed, and reliable approach.

Pavel has been actively involved in a townhouse complex committee since 2017, serving as Committee Chair since 2023. He brings strong practical knowledge of strata governance, reinforced through formal BCCM and ARAMA training, and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Elena brings strong grounds and environmental expertise, supported by a tertiary degree of Specialist in Biology awarded with Distinction and hands‑on experience in the landscaping industry and garden centre environments. This background supports informed, sustainable, and site‑appropriate grounds care, complemented by completed BCCM training and long‑term involvement with strata properties.
